1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using StockVisionz (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. "We" and "us" refer to StockVisionz. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data, and our Disclosures explain important product and investment risks. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You may use it only where doing so is permitted by applicable law.
3. Description of the Service
StockVisionz offers a chart workspace for supported US equities and a dashboard for connected portfolios. Oura analyzes portfolio news and technical signals, answers questions in chat, and may send alerts through enabled channels such as Discord. Some features and data are limited by plan, symbol coverage, or availability; see our Pricing page. The Decision Log may show automated buy, sell, or hold suggestions. The Service does not manage your money or place brokerage orders.
4. Information and Investment Decisions
The Service is designed to provide information and research tools, not professional investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Its automated outputs may use data from your connected portfolio, but they do not account for all of your objectives, finances, or risk tolerance. You remain responsible for investment decisions and should consult an appropriately licensed professional when needed. See our Disclosures for details.
5. No Broker Execution
We do not place, transmit, or execute orders with your connected brokerage. Decision Log entries and Oura chat responses are automated information and analysis. Order placement is not offered through the Service. You remain solely responsible for any trades you place yourself through your broker.
6. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
7. Third-Party Brokerage Connections
Brokerage connections are provided through SnapTrade and the supported brokers. You enter any brokerage login details with the broker or connection provider, not in StockVisionz. Your use of a connected brokerage is subject to that broker's and SnapTrade's terms. Connections and portfolio data may be delayed or unavailable.
8. Subscriptions and Billing
Free accounts and eligible new-account trials do not require a payment card. A trial ends after 14 days and returns to Free unless you separately choose a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe monthly until cancelled. Prices, limits, and plan features are shown on our Pricing page and at checkout. You can switch to Free in account settings; the current direct downgrade flow cancels the paid subscription and changes plan access immediately. Switching between paid plans may result in prorated charges or credits shown by Stripe. Contact support with a billing or refund question. Applicable law may give you additional rights.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, reverse-engineering it, interfering with its operation, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Market data and AI-generated outputs can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, StockVisionz and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We will identify the updated date above and give notice of material changes through the Service or by email before they take effect. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the Service and close your account.
